Open science / scientific computing services

The “Open Science / Scientific Computing” services comprise five technical facilities that play a significant role in the development and implementation of open science at ISEM: the Montpellier Bioinformatics Biodiversity (MBB) facility, the DATA facility (Data, Support, Processing, Accessible), the Documentation centre, the Visual scientific communication facility, and the Collections facility. The MBB and DATA facilities support the research conducted at ISEM by developing open access software and analysis tools and by assisting with and participating in certain types of data analysis (bioinformatics, geomatics).
