Montpellier Bioinformatics Biodiversity facility

The Montpellier Bioinformatics Biodiversity (MBB) facility is an emanation of a joint initiative of laboratories within the CeMEB LabEx “Mediterranean Center for Environment and Biodiversity”. Its goal is to stimulate/coordinate research, developments and training in the fields of theoretical and computational ecology and evolution. It materializes by an open-source, web-based platform for data-intensive analysis in the biodiversity research area.
Services are made available to the community to help developing algorithms and software, bioinformatic workflows and tools for reproducible research. Training sessions are also regularly organized for users to familiarize with our infrastructure and tools.
