DATA facility

The DATA facility (Data, Support, Processing, Accessibility) coordinated by Laure Paradis is divided into three poles:
– Database Management Systems (PSGBD), which supports researchers in the technical choices, design, implementation, administration and maintenance of database systems within the framework of the unit’s thematic projects, under the responsibility of Jérôme PEREZ
– Geospatial and diachronic data unit, which enables the acquisition, production, management, processing and dissemination of geospatial and diachronic data using geomatic tools (GPS, GIS, Remote Sensing, Geovisualisation – Web mapping) under the responsibility of Laure Paradis
– The Scientific Data Management and Open Science Unit, which supports researchers throughout the digital data journey for storage, sharing in compliance with FAIR principles (Easily Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) and the publication of data sets under the responsibility of Jérôme PEREZ

The DATA facility manages and makes available :
– institutional dataverses and data warehouses to enhance and perpetuate the accessibility of deposited datasets.
– ESRI software licences (ArcGIS)
– technical assistance Database – GIS and annual training (QGIS software)
