My activity
As a Research Assistant working on the ISI and MBB platforms, I am responsible for supporting scientific computing within ISEM.
I assist staff in selecting and using appropriate computing resources (local machines, clusters, cloud), from initial setup (account creation, access) to computation optimization (job submission, parallelization).
I also contribute to grant applications involving national computing infrastructures.
In parallel, I administer the laboratory’s computing servers (Bigmem) and actively contribute to shaping the unit’s computing and data storage strategy.
