Subject of research: Use of medicinal plant as additives in the diet of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus Linnaeus, 1758): effects on growth, survival and the immune system. I am working on the selection of Senegalese plants and medicinal herbs that would boost the growth and strengthen the immunity of Nile tilapia against Aeromonas hydrophila, a major pathogenic bacterium in tropical aquaculture in order to limit the use of chemicals and enhance local plant biodiversity.
