I am technical manager of the Genotyping and Sequencing (GenSeq) platform. Serving the Montpellier community studying biodiversity, the platform offers devices (eg robots) to facilitate DNA extractions, solution standardization, sample purification; devices to assess the quality and quantity of DNA solutions (eg Fragment Analyzer and Femto plus); to sequence (eg MiSeq) and genotype samples (complete genomes and PCR). We offer preparation of some NGS libraries.
