My activity

In the context of climate change, it is increasingly important to assess the adaptive capacity of living species. Thus, I am studying the adaptive response to aridity of diurnal four-striped mice of the genus Rhabdomys in South Africa, using approaches such as physiology, transcriptomics or population genetics.

Keywords :

Adaptation – rodents – ecology – physiology – transcriptomics
