My activity

Trained as a cell biologist, my research activities revolve around the study of the link between tissue regeneration / programmed cell death/epigenetics in marine species (sponges) and the study of the processes of resistance to cell death in tardigrades. The techniques used to carry out these research projects are varied and range from cell biology (cell culture, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, in vitro fertilization, microinjection…) to protein biochemistry (WB, ELISA…) via molecular biology techniques (chromatin immunoprecipitation, in situ hybridization with RNA probes, transcriptomic analysis…).
