My activity

I am an evolutionary biologist studying the genetic processes underlying speciation. My research focuses on population genomics to investigate patterns of genetic divergence and gene flow across genomes. I use comparative multi-species approaches and statistical modelling to test evolutionary scenarios from genomic data. I am particularly interested in how reproductive barriers, selection, and mating systems (such as selfing) influence diversification. While plants are my primary study models, I also work across kingdoms to enable broader comparisons
