Montpellier Bioinformatics Biodiversity facility

The Montpellier Bioinformatics Biodiversity (MBB) facility aims to stimulate/coordinate research, developments and training in the fields of theoretical and computational ecology and evolution. It materializes by an open-source, web-based platform for data-intensive analysis in the biodiversity research area.
Services are made available to the community to help developing algorithms and software, bioinformatic workflows and tools for reproducible research. Training sessions* are also regularly organized for users to familiarize with our infrastructure and tools (*including the Dev-club).
