Microtomography facility

X-ray micro-computed tomography (micro-CT) is a non-invasive and non-destructive technique that creates 3D models of the internal and external features of objects (biological or non-biological). The EasyTom 150 microtomograph (ERDF-ESF 2014-2020 Languedoc Roussillon Operational Program) is a versatile micro-CT that images specimens from 1 mm up to 30 cm in diameter, with a maximum resolution of 5 µm. This facility is located on the first floor of building 22 of the UM’s Triolet campus.
