Concerning the plant experiments, I contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of experimental evolutionary lines in the greenhouse (on the CNRS campus at CEFE), I perform manual pollinations, I participate in various experiments on plant trait evolution involving trait measurements, participate in molecular biology protocols (DNA extraction, amplification, genotype readings), I interact with the project research team which includes a post-doctoral researcher.
For the mollusc experiments, I maintain the experimental evolutionary lines, participate in various experiments involving measurements of morphological and behavioural traits and perform basic molecular biology manipulations (DNA extraction and PCR).
For the butterfly experiments, I contribute to the maintenance of the experimental lines and participate in field sampling missions.
