My project, in collaboration with the CIBIO (BIOPOLIS), aims to assess and monitor biodiversity using non-invasive approaches, tracing interactions along the food chain starting from plants and their microbiomes. The data collected will support multilayer ecological network analyses to investigate seasonal dynamics among plants, insects, bats, viruses, and fungi. This integrative approach will enhance our understanding of the processes that underpin ecosystem stability.
