Bachelor in Biological Sciences at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC), Master in Geosciences from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS – Programa de Pos-Graduação em Geociências) and currently a PhD candidate at UFRGS (Brazil) and ISEM (France). Works with taxonomy and systematics of fossil and modern small mammals, mainly Metatheria and Rodentia.
