My activity
As a health and environmental sociologist, my work within the EVAS team (ISEM) focuses on interdisciplinary approaches to socio-environmental dynamics related to vector-borne diseases. My postdoctoral project develops a comparative study of social, institutional and territorial responses to mosquito proliferation in France and Cameroon, at the interface between public health, evolutionary ecology and societal dimensions of vector control. I use qualitative and socio-anthropological methods (fieldwork, interviews, policy analysis) within a One Health perspective integrating interactions between humans, environments and biological agents. My activities include participation in interdisciplinary research projects, scientific production, and contributions to the analysis of social dimensions of vector control strategies and environmental change.
