Within the EVAS research team, I carry out various experimental activities. I participate in monitoring insecticide resistance in natural mosquito populations through field collections in France and abroad. I also establish and implement genotyping protocols using molecular biology techniques and I carry out toxicological tests using biochemical methods. Within the Terrestrial Animal Zootechnics (ZAT) facility, I am in charge of the management of the insectarium containing several lines of Culex pipiens and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes resistant and sensitive to insecticides and infected by different strains of Wolbachia.
