I am in charge of the management of the insectarium containing several lines of Culex pipiens and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes resistant and sensitive to insecticides and infected by different strains of Wolbachia. I also participate in monitoring insecticide resistance in natural mosquito populations through field collections in France and abroad. I establish and implement genotyping protocols using molecular biology techniques and I carry out toxicological tests using biochemical methods.
