My work is part of an eco-evolutionary approach combining laboratory and field research.
In the laboratory, I design and conduct experiments to study the response and adaptation mechanisms of microorganisms.
In the field, I organise sampling campaigns that include collecting biological material and measuring key physical and chemical parameters in order to characterise the ecological dynamics of the communities studied.
This work, carried out as part of the ZOOCAM project, contributes to health and environmental research in the Camargue region, using an integrative and interdisciplinary approach aimed at identifying, characterising and monitoring potentially zoonotic pathogens.
