I am a transdisciplinary researcher whose work spans paleoecology, paleoclimatology, archaeobotany, and statistics. My research employs a multi-proxy approach, analyzing lake sediment archives (including pollen, macro-charcoal, and brGDGTs) to reconstruct past vegetation, climate, fire regimes, and agro-pastoral histories in semi-arid environments. This work is strengthened by my background in archaeology and statistics, which enables me to develop novel methodological approaches that advance our understanding of past human–environment interactions.
