My research investigates how anthropisation – in particular, but not limited, to urbanisation – affects species evolution. Through the study of phenotypes, genomes and epigenomes, I try to understand how evolutionary processes, adaptive or not (gene flow, demography, genetic drift), are altered in anthropised habitats. To answer my question I use various approaches: genomics, quantitative genetics, bioinformatics, survival models, and modelling.
