I am developing a new sequencing technique, called “haplotagging”, in the framework of the DevOCGen project within the ISEM Genotyping-Sequencing technical platform. The objective of this technique is to reconstitute the haplotype information of an individual from a long DNA fragment, all with a reasonable budget.
