My preferred biological models are Olea europaea (olive tree), Phoenix dactylifera (date palm), Vitis vinifera (grapevine) and Argania spinosa (Argan). My works are carried out along 3 main axes: Origins and historical biogeography of plant domestication at various geographic and chronological scales \/ Agrobiodiversity and evolution of domesticated plants, Understanding current and ancient exploitation and management practices of biological resources Current and ancient plant phenotypic plasticity and adaptive traits in relation to changing environmental factors \/ adaptive traits."}
