To better understand these dynamics, I also explore the potential link between transposable elements and DNA structures known as G-quadruplexes (G4). To conduct this project, I use comparative genomics approaches and bioinformatics analyses at the pangenomic scale. The aim of this study is to provide a more precise and detailed understanding of the evolutionary dynamics of transposable elements and their impact on the structure and evolution of the human genome."}
