My postdoc project represents the 5.1.3 task of the European Horizon Europe project Biocean5D led by Fr\u00e9d\u00e9rique Viard (ISEM), Sophie Arnaud-Haond (Ifremer) and Xavier Turon (CSIC, Spain). In practice my work consists in the analysis of metabarcording eDNA data to adress genetic and ecological questions, and to generate a list of potential non indigenous species occurring in European ports and in their nearby natural environments. I am particularly interested in understanding how human activities and anthropogenic environmental changes shape the dynamics and structure of communities across scales, from microbial assemblages to animal communities, and I am especially fascinated by the potential of non-invasive technologies for environmental exploration."}
