I am carrying out my research in computer science and bioinformatics at ISE-M. My main research topics concern algorithmics and bioinformatics: algorithmics of texts, graphs, combinatorics, comparative genomics, evolution of genomes, and quality of assemblies and meta-assemblies of genomes. I teach students from L1 to M2 subjects ranging from practical computer science (system / networks, programming, initiation to algorithms) to theoretical computer science (discrete mathematics, text algorithms), as well as Bioinformatics. I am co-responsible for the Bioinformatics master's degree at the University of Montpellier. Elected or appointed to various University boards and commissions, I actively participate in the collective life of our establishment.
