With the rise of the genomic era, I am implicated in project including both Hight Throughput Sequencing (Illumina) and Third generation sequencing (Oxford Nanopore Technologies). Then, using different bioinformatic methods, in particular to generate high quality genomes, my research aims to understand the links between ecological traits and molecular evolution thanks to both phylogenomic inferences and comparative genomics.
