The techniques used to carry out these research projects are varied and range from cell biology (cell culture, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, in vitro fertilization, microinjection...) to protein biochemistry (WB, ELISA...) via molecular biology techniques (chromatin immunoprecipitation, in situ hybridization with RNA probes, transcriptomic analysis...).
